The Ploughing (Tich Dien) Festival, an annual festival held on the seventh day of the first lunar month, officially opened in the Tien Son ward, Ninh Binh province.

The Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee has issued an official dispatch to departments, agencies, and localities to ensure security and safety for tourism activities before, during, and after the Lunar New Year (Tet) of the Horse 2026, helping to promote Ninh Binh's image as a civilised, safe, attractive, and high-quality tourist destination for domestic and international visitors.
