    The trip is of great importance both bilaterally and multilaterally, as it aims to strongly implement the foreign policy outlined by the 14th National Party Congress, strengthen political trust and create an external environment conducive to Vietnam’s development in the new era.     The ten young women from Lam Ha commune in Phu Ly city of former Ha Nam province, did not sacrifice on the same day like the ten female youth volunteers at Dong Loc T-junction in Ha Tinh province. Yet all ten remain immortal heroes and martyrs, their sacrifice standing as a lasting symbol of the spirit of “determination to sacrifice oneself for the survival of the Fatherland.”
