Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee inspects Provincial Public Administrative Service Centre

Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Thanh Binh on March 11 visited and inspected the Provincial Public Administrative Service Centre.

As Vietnam is preparing for the European Commission (EC)’s fifth inspection, Ninh Binh province is mobilising the participation of the whole political system with the highest sense of responsibility to handle shortcomings and finalise all preparations to contribute to the country’s ongoing efforts to have the EC’s “yellow card” warning against Vietnamese seafood exports lifted.

Themed “Hoa Ban Khat vong Dien Bien,” the festival was a highlight of the Dien Bien Culture and Tourism Week running from March 6 12. The annual event celebrated the beauty of the iconic Ban flower and promoted the culture, history and tourism potential of the Northwestern region.
