Top leader of Vietnam arrives in Paris for official visit to France, International Space Summit

This visit reaffirms the high priority Vietnam places on the Vietnam - France Comprehensive Strategic Partnership. It also serves as an opportunity to connect France’s strengths in science, technology, innovation, and strategic technology sectors with Vietnam’s emerging development needs.

Transforming Ninh Binh into a centrally governed city before 2030 is a particularly important political task, requiring comprehensive preparations in planning, infrastructure development and the organisation of development space. To achieve this goal, the province is prioritising resources for strategically important transport projects, linking infrastructure investment with urban development, tapping the potential of individual areas and laying a foundation for improving people's quality of life.

Ninh Binh province has approved a project on the preservation and development of craft villages and traditional craft villages in association with tourism for the 2026 2030 period, with a vision to 2045.
