Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh leaves for official visit to Russia

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh's official visit to Russia on March 22-25 aims to strengthen bilateral ties while promoting international cooperation opportunities to serve Vietnam’s development in the coming period.

According to a report from the Traffic Police Department under the Ministry of Public Security, thousands of modern specialised vehicles and technical devices have been deployed to support traffic law enforcement in Vietnam.

The Pho Festival 2026 kicked off in the northern province of Ninh Binh on March 20, celebrating the historical origin of pho and its ongoing evolution across regions.
