Nguyen Thanh Binh elected as Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial People’s Committee

Deputy Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Thanh Binh was elected as Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee for the 2021-2026 tenure.

According to the Statistics Department of the Ministry of Finance, despite facing many difficulties, industrial production in the fourth quarter and the whole year of 2025 still recorded many positive results, clearly showing a trend of recovery and growth. This is the foundation for industrial production to continue to increase its value in 2026.

All three acts presented by the Viet Nam Circus Federation secured awards at the International Circus Festival Gold Elephant (Festival Internacional del Circ Elefant d’Or 2026), held in Girona, Spain, from February 27 to March 3.
