    A special artistic programme entitled “Don anh binh minh" (Welcoming the dawn) was held at the Dinh Tien Hoang De square in Hoa Lu ward in the northern province of Ninh Binh on the evening of February 3 to mark the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930) and the success of the 14th National Party Congress.
