15th provincial People's Council convenes extraordinary meeting

The second session (the extraordinary session) of the 15th People's Council of Ninh Binh province for the 2021-2026 tenure officially opened on April, 29.

The directive calls on ministries, ministry-level agencies, and People’s Committees of centrally-run provinces and cities to organise a practical and effective emulation movement aligned with the Party and State’s orientations, under the theme of promoting innovation, accelerating breakthroughs, and advancing the country towards strong, civilised and prosperous development.

The Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee has just issued a plan to implement the Government’s Resolution No. 30/NQ-CP on the development of Vietnamese culture. The plan not only concretises the directives of the Government but also sets out a clear system of tasks and objectives to make culture one of the pillars of the province's development.
