The 9th National Congress of the Vietnam Farmers’ Union (VNFU) for the 2026 - 2031 term aims to build a strong VNFU, promote farmers’ role as the main actors and the centre of agricultural development, the rural economy, and new-style rural area development, and inspire aspirations for a prosperous, strong, civilised, and happy country in the new era.
To enhance its investment appeal and create new growth momentum, Ninh Binh province is accelerating the development of infrastructure at industrial parks. The move is seen as a key solution to attract high-quality investment projects, promote industrial expansion, and support the province’s goal of achieving double-digit economic growth.
Covering about 11,000 hectares, the site is a “living museum” preserving geological traces dating back to the Pleistocene epoch while serving as the last major refuge of the critically endangered, endemic Delacour’s langur.
