Ninh Binh plans to build deepwater seaports and boost marine economic development

Following the merger of administrative units, Da Nang now has 94 communes, wards, and special zones, including two island communes. In recent days, the island communes have been bustling in preparation for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026 2031 term.

Ninh Binh has just issued a resolution on the strategy for marine economic development until 2030, with a vision to 2045.

Themed “Hoa Ban Khat vong Dien Bien,” the festival was a highlight of the Dien Bien Culture and Tourism Week running from March 6 12. The annual event celebrated the beauty of the iconic Ban flower and promoted the culture, history and tourism potential of the Northwestern region.
