Ninh Binh strictly handles poaching of migratory wild birds

Accordingly, the Department of Agriculture and Environment is tasked with working with locality’s administrations and competent forces to enhance disseminate, popularise legals on controlling wild animals to local people and tourists.

Management agencies take responsible in inspecting, timely detection and handle, punish violation activities under legal regulations.

Notably, the Department of Agriculture and Environment would coordinate with the Nature education Center to build plan to detect, stamp out illegal hunting, killing, trading and transporting migratory wild birds at some key areas.

The outcomes must be reported periodically to the provincial people’s committee.
