Lao Party Central Committee’s Organisation Commission delegation visits Ninh Binh

The Standing Board of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee held a working session on July 30 with a Lao delegation led by Sisay Luedethmounsone, Politburo member, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party (LPRP) and Chairwoman of its Organisation Commission.

Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Thanh Binh on July 30 received and worked with Jang Hyun-young, Head of Research at KEPCO Engineering & Construction Co., Inc. of the Republic of Korea (RoK).

In the current context, cultural identity, the quality of the living environment, tourism appeal and creative capacity are increasingly becoming the decisive factors underpinning a city's competitiveness. In other words, what was once regarded as the “heritage of the past” is gradually becoming the “resource of the future”.
