Party Central Committee’s third meeting opens in Hanoi

The session is to discuss important issues in implementing the 14th National Party Congress’s Resolution, along with items covering Party building, political system and national development in the new stage.

By June 30, 2026, Viet Nam had disbursed nearly 357 trillion VND in public investment capital, reaching 35.5% of the plan assigned by the Prime Minister. Although the value of disbursed capital increased by more than 38 trillion VND compared with the same period last year, progress remains hampered by various challenges, particularly site clearance, the supply of construction materials, and the progress of several key projects.

Authorities and leading heritage experts have underscored the outstanding universal value of the proposed Van Long-Kim Bang -Tam Chuc Delacour’s langur cultural and ecological landscape as preparations advance for its nomination as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
