Guidelines for arrangement and establishment of Party organisations in villages and residential areas issued

The Party Central Committee’s Organisation Commission on June 20 issued Guidelines on some aspects of the arrangement and establishment of Party organisations in villages and residential areas (Guidelines No. 03-HD/BTCTW).
