    A strategic lever for breakthrough in start-ups and innovation

    Viet Nam’s start-up ecosystem is entering a phase of rapid growth, supported by a range of breakthrough policies aimed at promoting entrepreneurship and innovation. However, a deeper look shows that the start-up ecosystem still faces many bottlenecks, making it difficult for projects to move into real-world application and establish a foothold in the market.

    The action programme outlines specific targets, tasks, schemes and projects. In 2026, the entire army is tasked with implementing 82 missions, projects and programmes. To date, 50 have been launched, including 17 completed and 33 underway on schedule, while the remaining 32 will continue to be carried out this year.

    The Ninh Binh Provincial People’s Committee on January 28 coordinated with the Ministry of Construction to inspect the progress of the expansion project of the eastern North-South expressway’s Cao Bo - Mai Son section (CT.01), and the project for building Cao Dong bridge, upgrading weak bridges and connecting bridges on National Road (second phase), funded by the Republic of Korea's Economic Development Cooperation Fund (EDCF).

    Ninh Binh - A bright spot in investment attraction

    With modern, synchronous transport infrastructure and preferential policies for investors, Ninh Binh province reaped outstanding outcomes in investment promotion and attraction in 2025. From now until 2030, the province aims to develop modern industry, high-end tourism services, and green urban areas linked to heritage. To successfully achieve this goal, the province is actively promoting investment attraction, especially large-scale, high-tech foreign direct investment (FDI) projects, gradually positioning Ninh Binh on the national investment map.

    Ninh Binh speeds up progress of transport projects for inter-regional connectivity

    In recent times, Ninh Binh province has accelerated the construction progress of key transportation projects. The province has directed relevant departments and localities to take decisive action, working closely with investors to contribute to the completion of a synchronous and modern infrastructure system and inter-regional connectivity projects.

    PM urges acceleration of key transport infrastructure projects

    Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has asked ministries, agencies, and localities to promptly address obstacles facing major transport projects to complete all set goals as there is a significant workload ahead, and only less than four months remaining until the end of 2025.

    Accelerating key projects to early completion to drive strong growth

    Investment-

    With strong determination and tireless efforts on the ground, key transport infrastructure projects are being acccelerated. Thanks to this proactive approach, many are expected to be completed three to six months ahead of schedule, creating strong momentum to help surpass the 8% economic growth target for this year.
