Secretary of Ninh Binh provincial Party Committee inspects some key projects

Phong, who is also Head of the provincial Delegation of National Assembly deputies, and the working delegation surveyed the actual construction site and listened to the Department of Construction report on the projects on construction of the main axis road for socio-economic development in Ninh Binh province (Hoa Lu - Nam Dinh); construction of Thanh Liem - Cao Bo road (T4 axis); and construction of the road connecting Hoa Lu with Longitudinal axis 07.

According to the report, the project on construction of the main axis road for socio-economic development in Ninh Binh province (Hoa Lu - Nam Dinh) is expected to build four routes with a total length of about 39 km, including a 21km main route; 12.2km Ring Road 2; a 5.1km branch route connecting Tran Temple; and a 0.7km branch route connecting Ring Road 2 with the road connecting two Tran Temples. The project is implemented in the period 2025-2029.

The Thanh Liem - Cao Bo Road Construction Project (T4 Axis) has an estimated length of 16 km. The starting point connects the T4 section underway in Thanh Liem commune and the end point intersects with National Highway 10 in Y Yen commune. The project has a scale of six motor vehicle lanes and the roadbed width is 54 m. The implementation period is from 2025 - 2028.

The project to build a road connecting Hoa Lu with Longitudinal Axis 07 has a total estimated length of 9.78 km, of which the main route is 8.84 km long. The starting point intersects with Trinh Tu Street in Hoa Lu ward and the end point intersects with Longitudinal Axis 07 according to the planning in Vu Duong commune. The route connecting with National Highway 10 is 0.94 km long. The project is implemented from 2025 to 2029.

The goal of the three projects is to gradually complete the province's traffic infrastructure network after the merger, synchronously connecting traffic between the political-economic-social centre of old Ha Nam and Nam Dinh provinces with the new urban development area of Ninh Binh province.

Next, the delegation surveyed the planning of Nam Cao University and Ninh Binh High-Tech Park.

In the programme, the working group surveyed the construction location of the Day River Overpass Construction Project and the route connecting National Highway 1A with Longitudinal Road 07; planning orientation of both banks of the Day River; and planning location of Ninh Binh High-Tech Park./.
