The traditional Nha Xa silk weaving craft.
At present, the village has about 400 500 looms, supplying more than 100,000 metres of silk each month. Among many renowned products, Nha Xa silk still holds its own position thanks to the meticulous and painstaking efforts of the weavers, producing lightweight silk that is slow to fade.
Made from natural silk threads, and going through multiple stages of reeling, weaving, bleaching, polishing, dyeing, and pressing dry, the product features a smooth texture, delicate patterns, breathable and cool to wear, resistant to wrinkling, with a non-stick surface, cool in summer, and warm in winter.
Thanks to awareness-raising efforts, local people focus on economic development while ensuring it is linked with environmental protection.
