Art programme held to celebrate 81st anniversary of the success of the August Revolution and Viet Nam’s National Day

An art programme entitled “Song of Triumph”,was staged in Pham Thi Tran theatre (Hoa Lu ward) on the evening of August 29 to mark the 81st anniversary of the success of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 2026) and Viet Nam’s National Day (September 2, 1945 2026).
The programme featured three chapters themed “The historic autumn”; “Echo of root glorious homeland” and “Glorious Fatherland”.
Performers delighted audiences with popular songs that have accompanied generations of Vietnamese people, or songs praising the Communist Party of Vietnam and President Ho Chi Minh, highlighting the nation’s revolutionary struggle and the historical significance of the August Revolution and National Day.
The performances helped foster national pride, strengthen great national unity and encourage public efforts to achieve development targets in the new era.
