Implemening the Government’s Resoltion No.263/NQ-CP on presenting gifts to citizens on the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day, the Ninh Binh provincial People’s Committee had issued Document No.109/UBND-VP5 on guidance local sectors, branches, localities to promlty present gifts to citizens.
