The Ministry of Home affairs has just announced the Public Administrative Reform (PAR) Index and the Satisfaction Index of Public Administration Services (SIPAS) 2024 of provinces and centrally-run cities nationwide.Ninh Binh province climbed to the 6th place out of 63 provinces and centrally-run cities in the Public Administrative Reform (PAR) Index with an index of 91.38%.
