Standing Deputy Secretary of provincial party committee visits and presents gifts national contributors

Tran Dang Quynh, alternative member of the Central Party committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of provincial party committee on July 15 visited and presented gifts to several wounded and fallen soldiers’ families in Thien Truong ward, on the occasion of the 79th War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27).
The Standing Deputy Secretary visited and presented gift to a revolutionist, AO victim Vu Dinh Thu in Dong Y 2 Residential Area.
Quynh visited and presented gifts to wounded soldier Do Cong Thang (born in 1958, with a 81% disability, residing in De Tu 1 Residential Area); wounded soldier Tran Khanh Vinh (born in 1946, with a 81% disability, residing in De Tu 1 Residential Area) and a revolutionist exposed to Agent Orange/dioxin, living in Dong Y 2 Residential Area, Vu Dinh Thu.

At visiting sites, on behalf of provincial leaders, Quynh expressed his gratitude to the former revolutionists’s sacrifices and contributions to the nation’s independence and freedom, and hoped that they would continue to live healthily and set good examples for the next generations.
The Standing Deputy Secretary also urged local party committee, authority continue to implement the Party, State’s policies on national contributors, promoting the national tradition of “Payment of Gratitude”.
