The programme was implemented right after the official operation of the second campus of Bach Mai Hospital in Ninh Binh on June 26.
The hospital mobilised medical staffs, doctors and modern equipment to screen, examine and provide consultancy for the beneficiaries so as creating the most favourable conditions for them to access high-quality medical services.
During the programme, war invalids, sick soldiers, people who have rendered meritorious services to the revolution, and their families received general check-ups, health consultancy, and screenings for certain diseases. Doctors also provided guidance on appropriate health care and monitoring.
The successful completion of the free health check-up, screening, and testing programme for people who have rendered meritorious services and their families was a significant milestone for Bach Mai Hospital's Ninh Binh campus in its early days of operation. This not only demonstrated the hospital's commitment to supporting the local community in healthcare but also served as a practical way to express gratitude to those who have contributed to the nation./
