Ninh Binh is steadfastly pursuing its goal of becoming a centrally-governed city, a "millennium heritage city," where high-quality tourism, green urban development, and heritage values become the driving force.

The ASEAN Centre for Biodiversity (ACB), in coordition with the Nature and Biodiversity Conservation Agency (NBCA) of Vietnam, is organizing the Eighth ASEAN Heritage Parks Conference (AHP8) in the northern province of Quang Ninh on December 3rd.
