The Ninh Binh Provincial People’s Committee is organising the Cuisine Tourism Festival 2025 to welcome New Year 2026 and create a highlight for the festive season.

The sixth International Experimental Theatre Festival 2025, which was co-organised by the Viet Nam Theatre Artists’ Association and the Ninh Binh Provincial People’s Committee, officially concluded at the Pham Thi Tran Theatre (Ninh Binh Province) on November 30.
