Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Politburo member, Secretary of the PCC and head of the PCC’s Organisation Commission, addresses the Great National Unity Festival and Viet Nam Culture Day celebrations in Hung Cuong Village.
Nguyen Duy Ngoc emphasised that great national unity is a precious tradition and an invaluable legacy passed down by previous generations. It is the source of strength and an endogenous resource underpinning every victory and achievement of the Vietnamese nation and country.
The Great National Unity Festival is therefore an opportunity for every citizen to reflect on achievements, identify remaining shortcomings, strengthen confidence, deepen community bonds and reaffirm their shared determination to build stronger families, communities and the nation. This year’s celebration is particularly meaningful as Ninh Binh Province is holding the festival in conjunction with Viet Nam Culture Day, which will officially be observed nationwide for the first time on November 24, 2026. This further reinforces the significance of the occasion, as solidarity is a source of strength, while culture serves as a spiritual foundation, an endogenous resource and a source of national strength.
Commending and congratulating the Party organisation, authorities and people of Phat Diem Commune in general and Hung Cuong Village in particular on their achievements, the head of the PCC’s Organisation Commission expressed his hope that local Party committees, authorities and residents would remain determined to fulfil their key political tasks, further consolidate and promote the strength of great national unity, endogenous resources and cultural soft power, and enhance the role of religious dignitaries, respected individuals and exemplary community members.
He also called for stronger bonds and harmonious relations among religious communities and between residents and local Party committees and authorities.
