Ninh Binh to set off fireworks to welcome 2026 Hoa Lu festival

The firework display will be held after completion of the art programme at opening ceremony of the Hoa Lu festival 2026.

The dazzling shows will light up the sky from 21:45 am to 22:00.

Funding for fireworks displays comes from socialised sources.

The provincial People’s Committee assigned People’s Committees of the Hoa Lu ward, the provincial Military Command, the Department of Public Security and Department of Culture and Sports and related agencies to build specific plans on setting off fireworks in line with regulations and ensure safety for people, surrounding landscapes as well as social security in a bid to create a joyful festival.

2026 Hoa Lu festival will be taken place from April 25 to 27 (the 9^th to 11^th of the third lunar month) at Hoa Lu special national relic site and some other places in Hoa Lu ward.
