The northern province of Ninh Binh will organise Trang An - Cuc Phuong Hot Air Balloon Festival from October 26-29 as part of activities to mark the 10th anniversary of UNESCO's recognition of Trang An as a world natural and cultural heritage.

Ninh Binh is home to beautiful natural landscapes as well as having experiences in working with international filmmakers.
