Ninh Binh leaders pay tribute to ancestors and fallen heroes ahead of first provincial Party Congress

On September 30, a delegation of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee held an incense offering ceremony in commemoration of ancestors and fallen heroes at the national special historical relic site of Hoa Lu ancient capital, the temple worshiping martyrs and the memorial site of fallen combatants.
The delegation burnt incenses to worship the great contribution of King Dinh Tien Hoang.
Among those attending the ceremony were Dinh Thi Lua, Permanent Vice Secretary of the provincial Party Committee; Pham Quang Ngoc, Vice Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee; Mai Van Tuat, Vice Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, President of the VietnamFatherland Front Committee of Ninh Binh along with representatives of local departments and agencies.
At the Hoa Lu ancient capital national special relic site, the delegation respectfully offered incense at the Temple of King Dinh Tien Hoang and King Le Dai Hanh.
They expressed deep gratitude and commemorated the great contributions of the national heroes who had contributed to quelling the rebellion, unifying the country, establishing the Dai Co Viet State and building and protecting national independence in the 10th century.
Delegation laid wreath and offered incenses at the province's martyr Memorial site.
The delegation then offered incense and flowers at the Temple of Martyrs and the Monument of Martyrs of Ninh Binh province. The delegates observed a moment of silence, commemorating the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh and the revolutionary predecessors, the martyrs who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the happiness of the people.
Before the souls of the martyrs, the delegates expressed their determination to continue to set an example in studying and following the thought, morality and style of President Ho Chi Minh; promote the spirit of solidarity, strive to overcome all difficulties and challenges, successfully implement the Resolution of the first provincial Party Congress for the 2025 2030 term; strive to turn Ninh Binh province into a centrally-run city by 2030, contributing to building an increasingly rich and civilised homeland.
