Ninh Binh announces District and Department Competitiveness Index 2024
The Department of Planning and Investment led the DDCI 2024 and was ranked as very good, while 12 units were ranked in the good group and 10 others were listed in the average group.
In the category of district-level localities, Ninh Binh city was ranked as very good while four others were ranked as good and three localities were ranked as moderately good and average.
2024 was the fourth year that Ninh Binh had conducted DDCI assessments and was the second year that the province has carried out DDCI assessments online which also received enthusiatic response from the businese community.
The results of the survey had been analyzed and evaluated adequately and transparently. It has been served as a foundation for local departments, branches and localities to recognise their shortcomings and limitations so as to improve their performance and investment and business environment, thus increasing the province’s PCI.
