Ninh Binh province establishes Department of Foreign Affairs

At its recently-ended 6th session, the 15th Ninh Binh Provincial People's Council approved Resolution No. 39/NQ-HDND on the establishment of the Department of Foreign Affairs.

Accordingly, the promulgation of the Resolution is based on the Law on Organisation of Local Government dated June 16, 2025 and Decree No. 150/2025/ND-CP of the Government regulating the organisation of specialised agencies under the provincial People's Committee.

The establishment of the Department of Foreign Affairs is a strategic step to consolidate the administrative apparatus, and improve the effectiveness of foreign affairs, international integration and the province’s socio-economic development.

The Resolution on the establishment of the Department of Foreign Affairs of Ninh Binh province took effect on December 9, 2025./.
