The Party Committee, People’s Council and People’s Committee of Ninh Binh province hosted a ceremony on June 18 to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925-2025).Delegates take photo at the meeting.

At the ceremony, delegates watched the reportage "Glory of Journalism" and looked back at the 100-year tradition of the Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day.
Speeches by generations of Ninh Binh journalists and resident press agencies presented at the ceremony clarified the role and mission of press agencies as well as journalists and reporters in the socio-economic development of the province through the periods.
At the ceremony, provincial leaders presented symbols and flowers to leaders and former leaders of Ninh Binh Newspaper and Radio - Television Station, reporters of central press agencies residing in Ninh Binh and outstanding journalists who have made many contributions to the Ninh Binh press career through the periods.
Speaking at the event, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Doan Minh Huan sent his congratulations to generations of journalists, reporters, editors, members of the provincial Journalists Association and journalists, reporters, and press agencies stationed in the province.

He acknowledged, commended, and highly appreciated the efforts of generations of Ninh Binh journalists and journalists, reporters of central press agencies and press agencies stationed in the province who have always accompanied and participated in all areas of social life as well as made great contributions to the development of the province.
Huan emphasised that the country is entering a new era, the era of national growth with many opportunities and challenges, hence the press must innovate comprehensively, from content, technology, people to methods of operations, to adapt to the new context and better serve the interests of the nation and the people.
Therefore, he suggested that journalists should constantly study and keep up with the development trend of modern journalism, in addition to stepping up the application of digital technology in journalism activities.
He also suggested the Ninh Binh Newspaper and Radio - Television Station continue to innovate in terms of content, form, and structure of the newspaper and radio and television programmes associated with the effective propaganda work and maintaining political orientation.
