Saint Nguyen Temple Festival in Gia Vien district of Ninh Binh province has been named as national intangible cultural heritage under Decision No. 3986/QD-BVHTTDL dated December 10, 2024 of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.Ritual ceremony at the Festival.
