Work starts on Tay Phu Van social housing project in Ninh Binh

The Hai Pha Viet Nam Co., Ltd, held a ground-breaking ceremony on June 26 to commence the construction of Tay Phu Van housing project in Phu Van ward.

Attending the ground breaking ceremony were Tran Dang Quynh, Alternative member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Le Quoc Chinh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Tran Anh Dung, Vice chairman of Provincial People's committee along with leaders of some local sectors, branches and Phu Van, Chau Son wards.
The project, which is invested by Hai Pha VietNam Co., Lt, covers over 12,406 square metters witha total investment of 329 billion VND.
The project will comprise three apartment blocks, providing 500 hi-quality flats. 50% of which will be used for rent while 50% others will be sold.
The project is designed with synchronic technical infrastructure, park and landscape, parking lot and public amenities in a bid to build a civilised lifestyle and green, clean ans safe environment for its residents.
Under the approved plan, the project will be completed and put into use in the fourth quarter of 2027.

Speaking at the ground-breaking ceremony, Tran Anh Dung, Vice Chairman of provincial people’s committee, hailed and commended the proactiveness, responsibility of the investor and the close coordination of sectors, branches and localities in hastening investment procedures, ensuring necessary conditions to start construction as scheduled.
To ensure the progress and effectiveness of the project, Dung asked the investor to focus resources, mobilise financial resources, human resources, equipments, machines to expedite the project, ensuring the progress of construction and guarantee the quality, technical and aesthetic requirements and synschronic infrastructure in line withthe approved plan and design.
The investor need to strictly obligate legal regulations and standards, especially those regarding environmental protection, construction, working safety and fire prevention and control, Dung said.
He also assigned the Department of Construction to work with related sectors, branches to accompany with, support the investor during the construction process.
