Work starts on 500-billion-VND rental housing project in Ninh Binh

Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Thanh Binh on June 26 attended the ground-breaking ceremony of Bao Minh rental housing project in Truong Thi ward.

The project is being developed by Bao Minh Industrial Parks Infrastructure Investment JSC. It covers an area of three hectares with total investment capital of around 500 billion VND (19 million USD).
The project comprises three nine-storey apartment blocks and nine three-storey building blocks.
Once completed, it will provide 848 social housing apartments for rent, meeting the demand for around 1,500 people.
Under the approved schedule, the project will be completed and put into use in the fourth quarter of 2028.

At the ground-breaking ceremony, General Director of the Bao Minh Industrial Parks Infrastructure Investment JSC Nguyen Van Kiem, representing the investor, pledged to mobilise all necessary resources to implement the project, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
He also promised to closely coordinate with relevant agencies and local authorities, comply with all legal regulations, and strive to bring the project into operation as planned, contributing to social welfare and promoting the socio-economic development of the province.
Meanwhile, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Anh Chuc emphasised that this project is of significant importance, contributing to expanding the province's social housing and meeting the housing needs of the people and workers.

To ensure the project is implemented on schedule, with guaranteed quality and safety, and put into operation and use as soon as possible, Chuc requested the investor to focus its financial, human, and equipment resources; organise construction to ensure quality, progress, labour safety, and environmental hygiene; proactively coordinate with relevant departments, agencies, and localities to promptly resolve difficulties and obstacles that arise, striving to implement the project on schedule as approved.
The Department of Construction and other provincial departments and agencies should continue to support the investor; proactively guide and promptly resolve procedures within their authority and coordinate to resolve difficulties and obstacles during the project implementation, he said.
The Vice Chairman asked the Truong Thi Ward People's Committee to strengthen coordination with the investor, creating favourable conditions during the construction process and ensuring security and order.
Chuc also ordered consulting units, construction contractors, supervision consultants and related units to uphold a sense of responsibility and strictly comply with legal regulations, technical regulations and standards, striving to make the project a typical one in terms of quality and efficiency./.
