Top Vietnamese leader travels to Nanning, highlights bilateral rail cooperation

The Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision to establish an inter-agency task force to strengthen inspection, supervision, and handling of illegal, unreported, and unregulated (IUU) fishing activities in the province.

Following the merger, Ninh Binh province has approximately 5,000 inventoried historical sites, including 10 special national historical sites and 42 national intangible cultural heritage elements. The province has identified digital transformation in the culture and heritage sector as an inevitable direction. Digitisation not only serves the exploitation, management, and preservation of historical sites but also helps to spread cultural heritage values more widely to the younger generation.
