President of Party Committee of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front presents gifts to benificiary families and disadvantaged workers in Ninh Binh

Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, President of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front (VFF) on April 27, presenteds gifts to benificiaries and disadvantaged workers in Ninh Binh on the occasion of the 51st anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 2026).

The directive calls on ministries, ministry-level agencies, and People’s Committees of centrally-run provinces and cities to organise a practical and effective emulation movement aligned with the Party and State’s orientations, under the theme of promoting innovation, accelerating breakthroughs, and advancing the country towards strong, civilised and prosperous development.

The Hoa Lu Festival has long been a source of pride for residents of the ancient capital. This annual traditional festival, held in Ninh Bình, commemorates and pays tribute to the merits of Dinh Tien Hoang, along with previous emperors and ancestors in the cause of nation-building and defense.
