A representative of the provincial management board of transport investment projects – the project’s investors – said the Ninh Binh – Hai Phong expressway’s section running through Ninh Binh province has a total area of nearly 200 hectares, including roads and farming land.
The project runs through Yen Khanh and Yen Mo districts of Ninh Binh province. Currently, Ninh Binh is directing the localities to work with the investor and related units to speed up site clearance to soon commence construction next month.
In Yen Mo, 1,100 organisations, individuals and households have been affected by the project with a length of 14.1 kilometers.
Currently, competent agencies and organisations have evaluated 341 out of 1,100 affected households and organisations in seven communes and towns of Yen Mo district.
The project also runs through six communes of Yen Khanh district with 1,657 affected organisations, individuals and households. To date, nearly 200 organizations and individuals and households have been evaluated.
Under the direction of the Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, the affected localities must work with the investor and related units to exactly evaluate the position, area and scale and put forth solutions to build items of resettlement areas.
These must to be calculated carefully based on the reality, the scale and the numbers of affected households.
