    The northern province of Ninh Binh  welcomed a record number of international visitors in the past 11 months, with 1.08 million tourists, exceeding the target of 900,000 set for the whole year and making up 7% of the total number of foreign holidaymakers to Vietnam.In the January-November period, the province welcomed nearly 8.1 million tourist arrivals.
