The 15th People's Council of Ninh Binh province for the 2021-2026 tenure convened its 8th session on January 28.
The draft resolution streamlines urban classification around three key areas - role and socio-economic conditions, urbanisation level, and infrastructure development. It also integrates green, smart, climate-resilient, and digital transformation requirements, while promoting decentralisation in urban management.
The session recorded substantial law-making work, accounting for nearly 30% of all laws and resolutions passed during the entire term. The laws and resolutions adopted not only address immediate practical requirements but also establish a legal framework for the new phase of development.
The dialogue aims to review the results of the four previous sessions during his term, put Resolutions 57-NQ/TW and 68-NQ/TW into practical action and, particularly, review the recent natural disasters and the steps taken to mitigate their effects.
After two days of working in a serious, democratic and responsible manner, the year-end session of the 15th People's Council of Ninh Binh province successfully completed its agenda on December 9.
The 15th National Assembly (NA) on November 17 is scheduled to deliberate draft laws and resolutions relating to national reserves, education and training, public health, industry and security, as part of the agenda of its ongoing 10th session.
Deputies will look into the implementation results of the NA resolutions for 2021 2025, including those on socio-economic development, economic restructuring, medium-term public investment, national finance, and public debts.
The documents comprise Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW on international integration in the new situation, Resolution No. 70-NQ/TW on ensuring national energy security through 2030, with a vision to 2045, Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in education and training development, and Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW on some breakthrough solutions to strengthen the protection, care, and improvement of public health.
