The Hoa Lu Festival has long been a source of pride for residents of the ancient capital. This annual traditional festival, held in Ninh Bình, commemorates and pays tribute to the merits of Dinh Tien Hoang, along with previous emperors and ancestors in the cause of nation-building and defense.
