Ninh Binh province has defined Japan as a key market in its strategy of expanding international tourism markets.
A delegation of National Assembly Deputies and the provincial People’s Council of Ninh Binh province, led by Le Quoc Chinh, Standing Vice Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Council, paid a working visit to Japan from September 10-12.
