Ninh Binh has just issued a resolution on the strategy for marine economic development until 2030, with a vision to 2045.
The supervision will focus on the leadership and direction in the dissemination and implementation of the 14th National Party Congress’s Resolution; as well as in the execution of the Politburo’s Directive No. 01-CT/TW dated January 23, 2026 on studying, disseminating and implementing the Resolution.
