Under the Government’s Resolution No.07/NQ-CP dated on January 12, 2026 on assigning target to build social houses at localities in the 2026-2030 period, Ninh Binh has been assigned to complete 24,336 units. Therefore, Ninh Binh is inquiring functional agencies, investors to focus all resources to speed up progress of building social housing.

The Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee has just issued a plan to implement the Government’s Resolution No. 30/NQ-CP on the development of Vietnamese culture. The plan not only concretises the directives of the Government but also sets out a clear system of tasks and objectives to make culture one of the pillars of the province's development.

At the session, 495 out of 495 lawmakers voted in favour of the resolution approving his appointment. The resolution affirms that Le Minh Hung, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Party Central Committee’s Organisation Commission, and a deputy to the 16th NA, will serve as Prime Minister for the 2026-2031 term.

Presenting a draft resolution on the election of the State President, NA General Secretary and Chairman of the NA Office Le Quang Manh stated that, based on the Constitution, relevant legal provisions and the official vote-counting record, the legislature resolved to elect Party General Secretary To Lam as State President.

The Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee on January 30 issued Resolution No. 07-NQ/TU on the strategy for developing the cultural and tourism industry until 2030, with a vision to 2045. In accordance with Resolution 07-NQ/TU, the strategy aims to develop the cultural and tourism industry of Ninh Binh province into a key economic cluster, shifting from single-sector to multi-sector development, linking innovation with heritage preservation, and building Ninh Binh into a UNESCO-recognised global creative city by 2045.

Vietnam’s cultural scene has become more vibrant with the regular presence of international-standard performances.

Chairman Man affirmed that the election held on March 15 was a resounding success, describing it as a major national festival conducted in a democratic, equal, lawful, safe, economical and substantive manner. Politburo Resolution No. 80-NQ/TW represents a significant shift in the development paradigm, formally recognising culture not merely as an auxiliary sector, but as one of the four indispensable and co-equal pillars of sustainable development - alongside the Economy, Society, and the Environment.
