The representative reaffirmed Ninh Binh’s commitment to its partnership with Asan, describing the city as one of the province’s important partners in the RoK.
The delegation also noted that agricultural training programmes organised in Asan over the years have helped improve the knowledge, awareness and professional capabilities of local officials, businesses and outstanding farmers in high-tech agricultural production.
In 2026, following an invitation from the Mayor of Asan, Ninh Binh sent another delegation to the RoK for training and experience-sharing, underscoring the province’s commitment to maintaining and deepening cooperation between the two localities.
The programme covers a range of topics, including rice production, cultivation techniques, agricultural mechanisation and models for organising agricultural services in the RoK. Training sessions focus on smart agriculture; the application of science and technology in production; agricultural product quality management, processing and branding; livestock farming; and animal disease prevention and control.
In addition to classroom-based training and knowledge-sharing activities, the delegation is scheduled to visit agricultural research and training institutions, farms and businesses across the RoK to gain first-hand insights into the country’s agricultural practices and technological applications./.
