Ninh Binh's leaders offer incense in tribute to ancestors ahead of Lunar New Year

Member of party central committee, Secretary of Ninh Binh provincial party committee Doan Minh Huan, Chairman of provincial people's council Mai Van Tuat and Chairman of provincial people's committee Pham Quang Ngoc along with representatives of local departments and agencies attended the event.

The delegation offered incenses at King Dinh Tien Hoang temple and King Le Dai Hanh temple at Hoa Lu historical relic site in Truong Yen commune; the province's martyr Memorial site and province's martyr monument in Hoa Lu city and Late president Tran Dai Quang’s tomb in Kim Son district.

At visiting sites, the participants observed a minute's silence to commemorate the great contribution of King Dinh Tien Hoang, King Le Dai Hanh who found the first feudal state of Dai Co Viet as well as paid tribute to Late President Ho Chi Minh and heroic martyrs who laid down their lives for the nation's re-unification, national construction and protection as well as the people's happiness.

In front of the hallowed memorial to the heroic martyrs, late leaders, the provincial authorities vowed to unite, overcome difficulties, determine to develop Ninh Binh strongly and sustainably and realize the goals of building Ninh Binh into a centrally-run city by 2035 with characteristics of millenium urban heritage and creative city, thus joining whole nation to enter new era of development.
