Ninh Binh's leaders pay tribute to fallen soldiers

On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - 2025) on July, 24 morning, a delegation of Ninh Binh's Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee held an incense offering ceremony at the province's martyr Memorial site and province's martyr monument.
The delegation lays wreath at provincial matyr's memorial site.
Member of party central committee, Secretary of Ninh Binh provincial party committee, Head of provincial NA deputies delegation Truong Quoc Huy; Standing Vice Secretary of provincial party committee Dinh Thi Lua; Vice Secretary of provincial party committee, Chairman of provincial people's council Le Quoc Chinh; Vice Secretary of provincial party committee, Chairman of provincial people's committee Pham Quang Ngoc, Vice Secretary of provincial party committee, President of Vietnam Fatherland front in Ninh Binh branch Mai Van Tuat along with representatives of local departments and agencies attended the event.
In a sacred atmosphere, the participants observed a minute's silence to commemorate the President Ho Chi Minh’s immense contributions and that of heroes and martyrs who laid down their lives for the nation's re-unification, national construction and protection.
Later, the delegation laid wreath and burnt incense at the province's martyr monument.
The delegation bowed in remembrance of heroes and martyrs.
As many as over 72,000 soldiers and young volunteers of Ninh Binh (old), Ha Nam (old) and Nam Dinh (old) provinces participated in the resistances wars and lost their lives.
Upholding and promoting the heroic tradition of the homeland and tributing to great contributions, sacrifice of martyrs, the Party, administration, soldiers and people of Ninh Binh vowed to join hand, unite and determine to realise the Resolutions of party congress at all levels in a bid to build a more properous and civilized province.
