The closing session saw the attendance of member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Doan Minh Huan; Standing Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People's Council Mai Van Tuat; and Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Pham Quang Ngoc, among others.
At the closing session, delegates spent time discussing reports, proposals draft resolutions and other documents mentioned in the session.
They also voted to approve 33 resolutions on socio-economic development, public investment, and budget collection and spending, and social welfares.
Speaking at the closing session, Chairman of the provincial People's Council Mai Van Tuat said after three consecutive days of working in a serious, democratic and responsible manner, the session has successfully completed its agenda.
The delegates finished a great workload with high consensus and decided on many important issues.
The provincial People's Council considered one announce and 26 reports. It also spent much time on a question and answer session to clarify voters’ concerned issues and opinions.
Stressing that 2025 is a breakthrough year to implement targets and tasks set by the Party Congresses at all levels in the 2020-2025 tenure, Tuat asked local administrations at all levels and sectors to uphold the sense of responsibility, promote creativeness and maintain disciplines and follow the Party Central Committee and the provincial Party Committee’s leadership and directions to effectively fulfill the provincial People’s Council’s Resolution on socio-economic development for 2025 and the 2021-2025 period.
