Seminar discusses building of Knowledge, Technology and Innovation Park in Ninh Binh

Attending the seminar were member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Doan Minh Huan; Vice Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Pham Quang Ngoc; and Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Cao Son as well as experts, scientists, and investors.

In his opening remarks, Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Pham Quang Ngoc said that the province has defined building the Knowledge, Technology and Innovation Park as a strategic step to implement the Politburo’s Resolution No 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 on breakthroughs in science - technology development, innovation and national digital transformation and to realise the Government’s policies as well as the national strategy on developing digital economy and digital society to 2030.

The building of the Knowledge, Technology and Innovation Park in Ninh Binh is not only an inevitable demand but also a chance for Ninh Binh to affirm its position in the process of development, international integration and competition.

At the seminar, participants heard a report on the idea of building the Knowledge, Technology and Innovation Park in Ninh Binh, and discussed and contributed opinions to various contents.

In his closing remarks, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Doan Minh Huan affirmed the building of the Knowledge, Technology and Innovation Park is an important project of strategic significance to the sustainable development of the province in particular and the Red River Delta in general amid the fourth industrial revolution.

The building of the park is a right orientation and in line with the province’s potential. Therefore, he hoped experts, scientists, investors and enterprises will continue to cooperate with and support Ninh Binh to expedite the project, thus contributing to the sustainable development of the province and the whole country.
