Under the Cuc Phuong Rewilding Action Plan 2026 - 2035, with a vision to 2050, the initiative aims to transform the park into a natural gene bank capable of supplying wildlife populations to other protected areas nationwide.
Ninh Binh is steadfastly pursuing its goal of becoming a centrally-governed city, a "millennium heritage city," where high-quality tourism, green urban development, and heritage values become the driving force.
In 2025, Ninh Binh is estimated to welcome more than 19.4 million visitors, including nearly 2.2 million international visitors. Revenue reached 21.27 trillion VND, exceeding the plan, making a significant contribution to promoting economic growth and enhancing the local image.
The sector aims to attract 25 million international visitors, serve 150 million domestic tourists, and earn some 1.12 quadrillion VND in revenue in 2026.
The 15th National Assembly (NA) on November 13 approved a Resolution on Viet Nam’s socio-economic development plan for 2026, setting 15 major targets, including the gross domestic product (GDP) growth rate of 10% or higher.
Deputies will look into the implementation results of the NA resolutions for 2021 2025, including those on socio-economic development, economic restructuring, medium-term public investment, national finance, and public debts.
