Kapok flowers bloom in late Spring, usually in March, the moment the winter is about to pass, giving way to the first sunshine of Summer. These days, the northern province of Ninh Binh offers scenic landscapes, festive traditions, and the vibrant silk cotton blossom season, adding colour to its ancient heritage.
As a region of cultural and historical traditions, Ninh Binh province is always busy with festivals when the spring comes. These festivals do not only serve the religious demand for local people but also attract tourists from all parts of the country as well. The province are taking all necessary precautions to ensure security and order.
Tam Chuc Pagoda solemnly held the opening ceremony of the Tam Chuc Spring Festival 2026 with the theme "Dawn of the Buddhist Realm - Tam Chuc Opens Spring" on February 28 morning (the 12th day of the first lunar month), at the Tam Chuc National Tourist Area in Tam Chuc Ward of Ninh Binh province.
