Resolution 10-NQ/TW marks a significant reset of Vietnam’s foreign investment strategy, introducing broad reforms to create a more unified and effective framework for attracting foreign capital.
With modern, synchronous transport infrastructure and preferential policies for investors, Ninh Binh province reaped outstanding outcomes in investment promotion and attraction in 2025. From now until 2030, the province aims to develop modern industry, high-end tourism services, and green urban areas linked to heritage. To successfully achieve this goal, the province is actively promoting investment attraction, especially large-scale, high-tech foreign direct investment (FDI) projects, gradually positioning Ninh Binh on the national investment map.
Right in the first days of merging administrative units and implementing the two-level local administration model, Ninh Binh province welcomed many enterprises, corporations, and business associations from other countries to explore investment cooperation opportunities. This demonstrates the confidence of the business community in the investment environment and potential of the province, affirming Ninh Binh’s position on the national investment attraction map.
After the administrative boundary mergence, Ninh Binh province is entering a new development phase with a large scale, open potential and long-term vision. Not only maintaining its role as a key national cultural and tourism centre, the province has also strongly risen in attracting investment, gradually affirming its position as a strategic destination for domestic and foreign capital flows, thereby creating the image of a dynamic, modern, integrated and trustworthy locality on the national investment map.
The Ninh Co Economic Zone (EZ) was established under the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 88/QDTTg dated January 14, 2025, marking an important turning point in the development of marine economy of Ninh Binh province.Ninh Co Economic Zone is developed to become a new coastal economic centre of the Red River Delta.
