Ninh Binh to set off fireworks at three locations in New Year Day

Accordingly, three arrt programmes and low-altitude firework displays will be carried out at Hoa Lu, Nam Dinh and Ha Nam wards.

Dinh Tien Hoang Square in Hoa Lu city, Sport Center in Tam Diep city, central stadium in Yen Mo district and Culture Center in Yen Khanh district.

The fireworks will last for 15 minutes from 0:00 am to 0:15 am on January 1st.

The provincial People’s Committee assigned People’s Committees of the Hoa Lu, Nam Dinh and Ha Nam wards to work with the provincial Military Command, the Department of Public Security and related agencies to build specific plans on setting off fireworks in line with regulations and ensure safety for people, surrounding landscapes as well as social security in a bid to create a joyful atmosphere for local people in the New Year Day.
