Ninh Binh ranks 4th nationwide in 2025 Public Administration Reform Index

The results showed that Ninh Binh recorded a total PAR Index score of 93.08 points, ranking only behind Hai Phong city and Quang Ninh and Dong Nai provinces.

The 2025 PAR Index results reflected Ninh Binh’s strong progress across various component indicators. In particular, the appraisal score reached 59.66 out of 61.50 points. Notably, the Satisfaction Index of Public Administrative Services (SIPAS) scored 8.35 out of 10 points.

In addition, the survey of leaders and managers achieved 18.86 out of 22 points, while the index measuring the impact of administrative reform on socio-economic development reached 6.21 out of 6.50 points.

These results demonstrated significant improvements in governance, administrative procedure reform, and the quality of public services delivered by Ninh Binh’s administrative apparatus./.
