Ninh Binh approves policy to build 16.44 trillion VND urban area

The project on building an urban area in the eastern part of Hoa Lu city covers 163 hectares and has total investment capital of 16.44 trillion VND.A corner of Hoa Lu city.
The Department of Finance has just approved a policy to build an urban area in the eastern part of Hoa Lu city. It will cover an area of over 162 hectares in Ninh Khanh ward and Ninh Khang commune of Hoa Lu city.
The time for preparation of investment and implementation of the project lasts from 2025 to 2032.
The project will build a total of 7,660 houses, 1,745 of which are townhouses, 459 villas, and 15 buildings with 1,573 apartments and 3,844 social housing apartments.
Besides, three cultural houses, two medical establishments, one kindergarten, one school and numerous commercial works will be built in this area.
The Department of Finance also issued an announcement calling for investment into this project.
