The northern province of Ninh Binh estimated to welcome over 962,000 tourist arrivals in September of 2026.

Ninh Binh's state budget revenue was estimated to reach 33.03 trillion VND (1.25 billion USD) in the first six months of 2026, fulfilling 41.16% of the estimate set by the Provincial People’s Council.

The People’s Committee of Ninh Binh province recently convened a conference to review the implementation of state budget revenue collection in 2026 and discuss key measures aimed at achieving fiscal self-sufficiency by 2028.

Ninh Binh’s state budget revenue exceeded 47.66 trillion VND (approximately 14.2 billion USD) in the eight months of 2025, meeting 62.4% of the full-year target and soaring 76% compared to the same period in 2024.

Viet Nam’s state budget revenue soared to over 1.572 quadrillion VND (60.4 billion USD) in the first seven months of 2025, hitting 79.9% of the annual target and jumping 27.4% year-on-year, according to the Ministry of Finance.

A total of 1,988 new projects were licensed in the first half, up 21.7% year-on-year, with newly registered capital amounting to nearly 9.3 billion USD. Foreign investors poured capital into 18 out of 21 economic sectors.
