Vietnam’s total state budget revenue in 2025 is expected to exceed 2.38 quadrillion VND (90.34 billion USD), up nearly 17% from 2024.
Domestic revenue, excluding crude oil, contributed more than 1.72 quadrillion VND, exceeding the estimate by 3.31%, while revenue from import-export reached 249.22 trillion VND, exceeding the estimate by 6.05% after deducting VAT refunds. Revenue from crude oil totaled 39.04 trillion VND, equal to 73.38% of the estimate.
According to release from the provincial People’s committee, in nine months of 2025, revenue of enterprises in industrial zones reaches over 360 trillion VND.
Ninh Binh’s state budget revenue exceeded 47.66 trillion VND (approximately 14.2 billion USD) in the eight months of 2025, meeting 62.4% of the full-year target and soaring 76% compared to the same period in 2024.
