Provincial leaders offer incense on CPV founding anniversary

On the morning of February 3rd, Secretary of provincial party committee Dang Xuan Phong led a delegation to offer incense at the place worshipping King Dinh Tien Hoang and King Le Dai Hanh at Hoa Lu ancient capital and the province's martyr Memorial site and province's martyr monument on the occasion of the 96th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) (February 3, 1930 2026).
The delegation burnt incenses to worship the great contribution of King Dinh Tien Hoang.
Prominent among the participants were Tran Huy Tuan, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee; Dinh Thi Lua, Standing Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Mai Van Tuat, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Binh province, among others.
After that, the delegation offered incense in commemoration of fallen soldiers at the province's martyr Memorial site and laid wreath at the province's martyr monument.

At visiting sites, the participants observed a minute's silence to commemorate the great contribution of King Dinh Tien Hoang, King Le Dai Hanh who defeated 12 warlords to unite the country and found the first feudal state of Dai Co Viet and heroic martyrs who laid down their lives for the nation's re-unification, national construction and protection as well as the people's happiness.

In front of the hallowed memorial to the heroic martyrs, the leaders vowed to uphold brave tradition of ancestor to unite, overcome difficulties; fulfill the targets set by the Provincial party committee's Resolution (tenure 2025 - 2030), and realize the goals of building Ninh Binh into a centrally-run city by 2030.
