Politburo works with Standing Board of Ninh Binh Party Committee on preparations for provincial Party Congress

Politburo member, Standing member of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat Tran Cam Tu on September 3 presided over a working session between the Politburo's working group and the Standing Board of the Party Committee of Ninh Binh province to review draft documents and personnel plans ahead of the provincial Party congress for the 2025-2030 tenure.

Attending the working session were Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Politburo member and Chairman of the Party Central Committee’s Inspection Commission; and Nguyen Hoa Binh, Politburo member, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister; among others.

At the event, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Truong Quoc Huy briefed participants on the province’s preparations for the provincial Party Congress for the 2025 2030 tenure and presented a report on the acquisition and explanation of opinions on the draft documents and personnel plans for the congress.
At the working session, Politburo members, members of the Party Central Committee, leaders of a number of central departments, ministries and branches gave their opinions focusing on solutions to completely resolve the limitations, shortcomings and development bottlenecks of the province.
They suggested and supplemented orientations on tasks, solutions, leadership methods, and new ways of leadership and direction of the province in the 2025-2030 term, with a vision to 2045.
Concluding the working session, Tu assessed that the preparation of draft documents and personnel plans to submit to the Congress of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Organisation for the 2025-2030 term was carried out meticulously and seriously.

Basically agreeing with the assessments, comments, results, and outstanding marks in the 2020 - 2025 term as well as the directions, goals, tasks, and solutions for the 2025 - 2030 term, Tu proposed the Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee continue to absorb the comments of Politburo members, members of the Working Group, central departments, ministries, branches, and organisations to complete the draft documents.
Some sectors identified as the key, spearhead, and strong industries of the province such as high-tech industry, tourism - services, and cultural industry must have more effective solutions; the construction of advanced new rural areas and model new rural areas must also be more substantial, he said.
The province also needs to study and concretise the breakthroughs, in which it is necessary to clearly demonstrate the innovation in thinking and action of the political system andtwo-level local administration, promote decentralisation and delegation of power; exploit the advantages of high-quality human resources as well as having synchronous infrastructure connections between regions in the province and between the province and localities and economic regions in the country, Tu suggested.
The province should focus on researching, discussing, and contributing opinions to the draft documents of the province as well as the Party Central Committee, which will be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress, Tu said.
The official proposed the province to focus on completing the Action Programme to implement the Resolution to submit to the Congress so that it can be implemented immediately after the Congress, and soon bring the Congress’s Resolution into life.
Tualso suggested the province strengthen information and pcommunication work before, during and after the Congress./.
