A positive start from large orders
At Gentherm Vietnam Co., Ltd. a 100% foreign-invested enterprise located in Dong Van I Industrial Park (Ninh Binh) more than 1,200 employees have returned to work in full force since the beginning of the year. Production lines are operating continuously to meet export orders to international markets. The company aims to achieve approximately 35 million products in 2026, a 17% increase compared to 2025. In particular, all orders have been signed and the implementation plan allocated until the end of the year, helping the company proactively manage production and allocate manpower to ensure delivery schedules.
Le Viet Cuong, Director of Gentherm Vietnam Co., Ltd., said that by the end of 2025, the company had signed many contracts, creating many jobs for workers, while maintaining a three-shift per day to allow workers to work extra shifts and hours to increase their income. This will encourage continued commitment to the company in the following years.
To achieve the growth target for the year, the Board of Directors of Gentherm Vietnam Co., Ltd. is focusing on improving management processes, promoting technical improvements, increasing labour productivity, and strictly controlling product quality, while also paying attention to improving the working environment and ensuring income and benefits for employees.
Seoul Semiconductor Vina Co., Ltd. at the Dong Van I Industrial Park already had 2,500 workers back on the job right at the beginning of the year, allowing the business to confidently fulfill contracts signed since the end of 2025.

Deputy Head of the Ninh Binh Provincial Economic Zone and Industrial Park Management Board Luu Tran Son stated that this year, businesses in many sectors and industries are showing signs of recovery and development, with an improvement in the number and scale of orders. This contributes positively to the socio-economic development of the province, creating momentum for new advancements.
Nguyen Quang Tuan, Deputy Director of the Ninh Binh Employment Service Centre, added that at the beginning of the year, businesses in Ninh Binh's industrial zones had a large recruitment need, such as: Sumi Vietnam Wire Systems Co., Ltd. needed to recruit over 2,500 workers, Honda Vietnam needed approximately 1,900 workers, Seoul Semiconductor Vina Co., Ltd. needed 600 workers, MCNex Vina Co., Ltd. needed 500 workers, Quanshen Technology Co., Ltd. needed 300 workers, KMW Vietnam Co., Ltd. needed 200 workers, and Hyundai Thanh Cong needed 150 workers.
To support workers in finding jobs and businesses in recruiting, the Employment Service Centre actively connected with recruiting businesses to understand their recruitment needs and introduces job opportunities to workers through activities such as career counseling and guidance days.
