While making a Tet visit to and attending a tree planting festival in Ninh Binh, Party General Secretary To Lam underscored the importance of environmental protection in combination with socio-economic development.

To realise the targets, it needs the concerted efforts of the whole society in launching tree planting movements, protecting forests, saving water and reducing plastic waste.
