General Secretary of the Communist Party of Viet Nam Central Committee and President To Lam delivered a speech at a ceremony marking the 81st anniversary of Viet Nam’s National Day (September 2, 1945 2026) at the Ho Guom Opera House in Ha Noi on August 28.
