More than 50,000 people in Ninh Binh join national walking program

On the morning of August 16, the Ninh Binh Department of Public security in coordination with representative offices of Nhan Dan Newspaper held a ceremony to respond to the “national walking programme” one billion steps into a new era”, with the participation of people and armed forces across 34 provinces and cities, covering 3,321 communes, wards, and special zones nationwide.
